Transplanting location: The 7th and 11th fairways.

Work detail: On a very cold January day, working together with the course manager Simon Graham and his groundsman, our 1.6 metre tree spade machine and operatives selected suitable specimens from areas of densly planted trees on the golf course and transplanted them to carefully planned and marked out positons on the two fairways.

 

The tree will need to be watered for the next two summer after which they should be established. They guying systems can usually be removed two years after the transplant.
