Major tree planting project secured
Thursday, November 12, 2009
Practicality Brown have just received confirmation that we have
been awarded a large scale planting project in Buckinghamshire. The
private development will require over 250 semi-mature trees of at
least 7 metres height, together with associated landscaping works,
including detailed box hedging and topiary.
Feedback from the Designer and Client states that we made the
best presentation of both our products and capabilities, giving
them the required confidence to place their business with us.
Trees include Carpinus betulus box heads and column topiary
trees, Taxus pyramids and Buxus balls.
Alan Jones, our Operations Manager, has already tagged the
required stock in Europe and all planting has to be completed
before the end of February. A tight, but challenging program,
details and photos will be posted on the website when we commence
planting next month.
